Chuck Norris
Carlos Ray Norris (Born
March 10, 1940), also known as Chuck Norris, is an American martial artist and
actor. After serving in the United
States Air Force, he began his rise his fame as an martial artist, and has
since founded his own school, Chuck Kuk Do.
He was born in Rayan,
Oklahoma , son of Wilma and Ray Norris. He has two young brothers, Wieland
(deceased) and Aaron (a Hollywood producer). He married Dianne Holecheck in
1958, and have his first child in 1963, Mike. In 1964 he had a daughter, Dina,
to a woman he wasn’t married to. Then in 1965 he had another son with
Holecheck, Eric. In 1988 he divorced Holecheck, after 30 years of marriage.
In the same year of
his divorce he married Gena O’Kelly. They had twins in 2001 Dakota Alan Norris,
a boy, and Danilee Kelly Norris, a girl. The wedding was performed by Lawrence
Kennedy. Now Chuck has six grandchildren, three from Mike and three from Eric.
Chuck Norris already
appeared in over 50 movies, starting with his first movie in 1968, “The Green
Berets”, and his last one was “The Expendables 2”, and even have some more
marked for 2013. He is used to do action movies just like in “The Expendables
2”, where he uses a lot of guns.
He is also a master
of Chuck Kuk Do, his own martial art, based in Tang Soo Do and a little bit of
every kind of martial art he knows. Just like every kind of martial arts Chuck
Kuk Do includes a code of honor, based on Chuck own code of honor.
As a result of his
“tough guy” image, an internet phenomenon, known as the chuck Norris facts,
began in 2005, ascribing various implausible and impossible feat by Norris.
